you have travelled.
Pedometers
Clip a Silva Pedometer on to your
belt or trousers, and thanks to the built-in pendulum they will register and
count every step you take. Various models offer further functionality - just
set your stride-length,
weight and start walking/running - and it's possible to find out how far
you've travelled, how many calories you've burnt and more!

ADC Ridge
ADC
Ridge is a classic hand-held, batteries free altimeter/barometer which shows
both the absolute barometric pressure as well as the altitude above
sea-level and height differences. Easily calibrated by turning the altimeter
scale ring. The ADC Ridge comes with a click-on lanyard and the design and
friction treatment of the body provides a perfect hand-fit both with and
without gloves.
